Mixed language in menus

I am using a corporate, German developed, aoftware
application in WinXP. When I run the application, part
of my menus and functions are in German. All of my user
settigns are stored on a server. The problem seems to be
specific to my PC, because this doesn't occur from other
PC's (menu is in all English). It may have something to
do with my Regional and Language settings, but when
compared to other PC's, I cannot find any differences. I
have also searched the registry, and cannot find anything
that would set the language for the application. I have
had the software re-installed but no change. Anyone have
a suggestion?

If the current user's UI does not match the language for
non-Unicode programs setting in the Regional and Language
Options tool in Control Panel you may get this issue.
