Missing

Hi,

I'm getting these errors. How do i solve them? When i log-on this comes up.
C:\DOCUME~1\Raul\LOCALS~!\Temp\LRPatch.exe is missing. Also when i shut down
or restart the computer an error message comes up it goes something like...
memory error 00000000. Something else, when my computer starts up it goes
into this black screen that says, select operation system start and it shows
two options, how do i take this off since it wasn't there before? It stays in
this screen for about 3 secs.
