i have domain. i log on pc as administrator.then setup office 2003 on the pc.
when user in domain try to use this pc and try to open office 2003 they
recived this message "this action is only valid for products that are
currnetly installed".tell me what is wrong and how can i solve this problem.
plz hurry up

If you really wanted a fast answer, you'd call customer support instead of
visiting a peer to peer newsgroup for support.

thank you for this answer.but now i discover some thing that the path of the
shorcut was \\dc\dc-userprofile\sales\program files \microsoft office instead
of c:\programfiles\microssoft office and i canot change the path.every thing
is dimmeted eventhough i am the administrator.

Well, it sounds like you installed from a network share. After you did the
install, did you start the application while logged in as Admin to make sure
it ran?

Ok, when you log in as Admin, does the shortcut read exactly the same,
pointing to the network share?
