I have a new 64 bit PC running Windows 7 64 bit OS and have moved my existing
Office 2003 Professional version from my old PC. Everything worked fine on
the old PC, but now, I have three problems with Outlook 2003.
1. Every time I start Outlook, I get this message:"c:\Users
....\Office11\Addins\Outbak.dll is not a valid Office addin." What does that
mean? Am I not backing up Outlook now that I am using this new 64 bit
processor.
2. Outlook seems to just quit and then restart all by itself.
3. Messages got hung in the Output folder when I had Business Contact
Manager installed. The bad news is that I usually can't delete the output
message and try the send again. I completely uninstalled Office 2003 and
then reinstalled Office 2003 without Business Contact Manager. Will this
solve the problem I've had with messages getting hung?

outbak.dll is the free MS Backup addin so how you moved Outlook is to say
the least interesting, since that addin is not installed unless you
specifically installed it from MS outlook site
As to your other problems; it would appear that whatever method you used to
move Office 2003 was at fault, and not the correct method which would have
merely required you to install from your office 2003 media.
