Missing Word and Office CD

I am a registered Word customer, and somehow my wife corrupted her entire
system on her laptop. I need to reload Office, but somehow I have lost the
first CD. I cannot seem to find a contact at Microsoft to see if I can
download the files instead. Does anyone know who I can contact about this so
I can fix her computer? She is in college and really needs to get this fixed.
