Missing Windows levelio.dll

I have DVD Cloner and it was working great and then all of a sudden this
message pops up and will not open the cloner and then after this message pops
up another one pops up after it stating that it is looking for aspi?Where do
i download leveli0.dll or the aspi that I need to run this program again?
I'am running windows xp

Un-install the software and re-install it usually should fix the internal
problem with most software.

ASPI drivers can be got @ www.adaptec.com, in the Downloads section.
