Missing "Windows" folder?

I'm trying to fix a problem that Norton WinDoctor has flagged and it requires
navigating to the c:\Windows\System32 folder. Trouble is, there's no
Windows folder in my c drive (which is my only hard drive). Is there no such
folder under Windows 2000 or is something wrong?

For Windows 2000 look in C:\winnt\system32
