missing toolbar while on line

my toolbar which is on the bottom disapears when i go
on line. how do i correct this problem?
 
i'm going to guess that u r talking about the "Status Bar"
in internet explorer. to get it back in IE goto View>>and
Check Status Bar, then close IE and reopen it again :)
