Missing tool bar

My husband recently purchased an updated internet explorer
from Microsoft. When he loaded the software, we lost the
tool bar that shows you favorites, the window to type in
internet addresses, the back arrow, ect. Can you please
tell us how to get these options vack? We have spent
hours trying to figure it out.

press F11
then press F11 twice

If hitting F11 doesn't help then try this:
Open IE click [tools][internet options][programs][reset
web settings]

Try hitting the F11 button on your keyboard - you might
be in full screen mode.

IF not, right-click on any of the toolbars and be sure
that all toolbars are selected in the menu that appears.
