missing text!!! SECURITY?

Please, I hope someone can help me. My son's computer does not show all
text. While at his house I tried to access my bank. There is a drop down
box with lots of options. When I accessed the drop down box from his
computer the options were not there. When I ran the cursor over where the
options should be, they showed up, but only one at a time, as I moved the
cursor. Is this a security issue, or something about his settings? I didn't
know how to help him. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it also occur if computer is rebooted?
Go to the website of the video card/computer manufacturer and get the
latest Windows XP drivers.

Could be a security setting. Bank websites are, as you can imagine, very
picky about security. Online banking usually requires 128 bit encryption.
He should have that if he has the latest version of Internet Explorer or
Mozilla. Check the settings of his browser to make sure it will display all
graphics.

to do with his FONTS, could this be true? I don't know why this is

Since the options show when the curser is there it is unlikely a font
issue.
If it was a font issue, they would not show at all.

Make sure the latest video drivers are installed.
