Make sure you didn't accidentally drag it off the screen. Move the mouse
cursor to the bottom of the screen. If it changes to the drag cursor, drag
it back up onto the screen.
If that isn't the case go to the taskmanager/processes and see if
explorer.exe is running. If it is kill it and the go to the applications
tab and restart it.
