Missing SYSTEM TOOLS Component

New XP-PRO user has lost (or inadvertently removed?) his
System Tools component from the Start-Accessories menu;
doesn't find it in the "Add or Remove Programs and
Windows Components" panel of Control Panel" and really
wants it back. I have even explored the XP-PRO
distrubution CD for optional accessory components without
finding what I am looking for.

Where do I start?
