Missing Security Tab

I am missing the security tab. I can not see it from
folder properties...

Also, I am not able to encrypt files... the check-box is
dimmed gray...

Any ideas?

Are you running WinXp Pro on an NTFS file system with Simplified
File Sharing turned off?

In Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder Options, View and uncheck Use
Simple File Sharing. Additionally, you must be running XP Pro and using NTFS
as your file system.
