I published my site not too recently. However, when viewed by other people, sections of the site where the marqee is located does not sometimes appear. I don't exactly know if this is a browser problem or not. Please help ....and thanks in advance. ( http:\\www.lloydsfinancialservices.net)

Do you mean the marquee text doesn't appear or just that it doesn't scroll?

The marquee tag is a IE only tag, however in NS browsers users should at least see the text, just
not the scrolling.

Some browsers have prblms with marquees.

Personally, I'd 86 the marquee all together - it kinda looks hokey on a professional site like your's. Especially above that really nice flash graphic.

jmo.

Ther green marquee is scrolling when I viewed it at work. However, the section below that where it also contains a white scrolling marquee does not seem to appear.

Rob.....how do I 86 the white marquee only. I personally like the green maquee, I could eliminate altogether the white marquee embedded in that section. But how? I really don't want to start another problem on top of what I have now.....and i'm almost there with this site. Thanks again...:)

REPHRASE...the green marquee is an important aspect of my site. However, the macromedia(flash) along with the scrolling white marquee does not seem to appear on my computer at work. Is this a work server issue or a download issue or maybe otherwise. And is there a fix for this?

Sorry having a real hard time viewing the site, it keeps locking up IE and FP.

I don't see a scrolling white marquee..just the green one and it's real jumpy. That combined with the flash (very nice) below it makes the green thing distracting.

That's as far as I could get between lockups...sorry dood.

If you are talking about the vertical marquee, it is a part of your flash movie. Another person post
yesterday that they were running Norton and it was block flash files.

the issue with the Flash animation not working - you need Flash player on
whatever machine you're viewing it on - it is a 'client side' not a 'server-side'
issue.
