Missing "safely remove hardware"

Hello
How can I make the "safely remove hardware" icon to go back to my taskbar?
It is not in the hidden icons part ("Taskbar propeties->Costumized...") and in my device manager, all my plug-and-play devices are well configured and shown

Hi

That icon should appear when and if you are using a USB device that may need
it.
