Missing refrgpdp.dll in System32

Hi, I got some problem with my window xp professional.
When i turn on my pc, it pop up a window said "Errorloading
C:\WINDOWNS\system32\refrgpdp.dll. When i try to print something, my pc
froze.
I try to find the missing file online and on other computer, but i can't
find it.
Please Help

Install xp cd,open in my computer (R.click cdrom,open),locate the i386
folder,
open,search for the file,locate & copy to windows folder.Or its in youre
print
software,reinstall it.
