missing my system32......

I ran a virus scan on my computer. The results said I had 19 viruses and
listed the exact location of them. Two of the addresses were :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\titiau.dll is infected with Adware.SpySheriff
........and........
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Sys\winkey.exe is infected with Spyware.Ardakey . So I
went to my computer, then to local disk (c:), and then to the windows folder
where system32 is normally located but to my surprise system32 is missing. I
ran the search tool to try to find it and everytime the search results came
up with nothing. Another problem I am having is that I cant get task manager
to open either. Can someone please help me....this is one problem I am
completely at a loss with.

Change the Folder Options to show hidden and system files and folders.
Another problem I am having is that I can't get task manager
to open either.

The running virus may be preventing access to the Task Manager.
Can someone please help me.... this is one problem I am
completely at a loss with.

If you can can convince your antivirus to do a boot scan before entering
Windows, it should be able to remove the problem files. Avast! will do
that for you. You might be able to delete them from Safe Mode if
they're unable to start there.

The system32 folder most assuredly is present else you would not have been
able to post this message.
Perhaps you have not turned on the switch to show system and hidden files.
