Ramesh,
After reinstating, the Recycle Bin seems to remain in Empty mode even after
an item is deleted.. this is regardless whether a file is deleted with delete
function or by physically moving a file into the Recycle Bin. How do I
reinstate the Toggle?

Thanks,
Sudha
