Missing Program Tabs in Task Bar

I have "lost" the program tabs in the bottom tray for Windows XP ... If I
have a program minimized, there is no icon or item in the tray so that I can
flip between programs. I can still use ALT-TAB to alternate between
programs, but otherwise I don't know what all is running ...

Is there a way to "regain" this??

Restore Taskbar and Start Menu

Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import
prompt.
REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right clicking on the file and selecting Edit,
to see what Registry kesy they will modify.
