Missing Perfmon Processor Counter

Dan Roberts

When I run Performance Monitor, it shows me some
performance objects, but I don't see Processor. How do I
turn this on, and what turns it off?

The "Processor" object is a base counter object. That is, it is not one of
the "extensible" ones that can be disabled/enabled.
Issues with missing/corrupt counters can be resolved by using KB article
