When creating a new mail message in Outlook 2000 there is
no option to attach a file from the Insert drop down menu.
There is also no paperclip icon. I have un/re-installed
Office into a different directory. It is running on a
Windows 98 workstation that is displaying no other
problems and has a current up-to-date virus signature.
