missing NIC's

I have a Dell poweredge 4600 server with 3 nics. 1 Broadcom and 2 Intel
nics.

After a few days of running the all three nic cards disappear from the
network properities. They still appear in device manager and show as running
properly but don't display any info driver info.

If I restart the server the NIC will show again for a few days and then
disappear again. Of the 3 nics I am only using 1. When the NIC cards
disappear it does not seam to interfear with any network traiffic. I can
still ping, ipconfig and everything looks good.

I have updated the drivers on all 3 cards. I don't get any errors in the
event log either.

Any suggestions.
