Missing Microsoft Office Web Components 9.0

I recently upgraded from Office Professional 2000 (running under Windows
2000) to Office Professional 2003 (running under Windows XP). An Excel
workbook that before the upgrade used to work now results in a "Compile
Error: Can't find project or library" error. After clicking OK a dialog box
appears that indicates "Missing Microsoft Office Web Components 9.0". This
error appears at a VBA statement where I am using the "Format" statement.
Also what I dont understand is that I have another Excel workbook that uses
the Format statement that rusn successfully. Do I have to install the
missing Web Components 9.0?

Never mind. I found the answer in the "Excel\Visual Basic" post below dated
4/20/2007.
