Missing menu options Access Runtime 2003

Hi,

I have deployed an app using the runtime. In previous version I could
configure the email to appear on a menu by chaning a .ini file. How do I
enable the send option on the file menu now. I only have print and I want to
be able to email in XLS format as well.

Except for the truncated menus that are included with the runtime version
the developer has to provide the functionality and the menu functions.
