Missing lz32.dll

I'm using command shell and when I'm trying to run a certain application I get:
"Unable to locate component" LZ32.DLL
Do anyone know what component I have to add?

Component "Compression and Expansion Tools".

You could have figured this out if you had used filter option in TD to show you components that contain certain file.
