lz32.dll missing or in wrong folder?

Hi,
I am trying to install some programs, but get a message that lz32.dll is not installed.
I do find in c:\windows\system32\dllcache. It is dated 3/31/2003 and 2560 bytes.

Should it be somewhere else?

lz32.dll = LZ Expand/Compress API DLL and contains libraries for LZ
Expand/compress

Copy the lz32.dll from C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache and past it into
C:\WINDOWS\system32.

The lz32.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache is a backup copy used by
windows File Protection. The lz32.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32 is the one
that actually gets used.

Hope this helps. Let us know.
