Missing dll

When installing a program I was told that clb.dll was missing and
re-installing the file might help.
After a search I noticed that the file is not on my main system
(C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\) but it is in my Last known good
configurations folder.
Should I leave things as they are or copy the file to the dllcache folder ?
Thanks,
Frankie.
