missing information

I have used ACCESS to keep track of inventory. When I input the information
to get a final Inventory Report, the purchases do not appear, therefore, the
information is not updated correctly and I cannot make a report. What
happened? Can someone help me please? Thanks,
 
Your question is a little like stating "My car make a funny noise when I
drive over 30 mph -- why?"

You haven't provided a very specific description of how your database is
structure, nor how your queries or reports are designed, so it will be
pretty tough to offer specific suggestions for fixing it...

Hello, thank you for trying to help. You are right. It's kind of a silly
question. My nephew created the database and I have been manipulating it for
5 years. There has been just a few problems and we have taken care of it. He
is far away at the moment. Thanks,
