I looked at the problem inserted by Krystal, (11/9/2007).
I am using Outlook 2003 and am having this problem.
I press send/receive, there are several messages but as they are downloaded
to the screen, they simply flash on for a part of a second, then are lost
forever. This seems to be an intermittent problem, sometimes I get the
messages OK, but if it is an important message, Murphy steps in and the mail
is gone. Checked every folder several times, nowhere to be seen.
Please help...
