missing header information

I have a user that receives email periodically without any header
information...

lastname, firstname
________________________________
From:
To: Sent:
Subject:

all of the above is gone... it just start with the body of the text of
received emails.

Do these messages show correctly when looking at it in OWA?
Are you running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.

That issue -should- be isolated to printing HTML only as Outlook 2003 and
previous use the IE printing engine for HTML files. Displaying mails in
Outlook -should- not be affected.

Note that I chose my words carefully ;-)
