Missing Forms Toolbar

I want to display the forms toolbar, but there is no forms toolbar option
provided in the tools => cutomize => toolbars tab list to select. I've
reinstalled FP 2003 with latest SP, and am using XP Pro with latest SP.

There isn't a Forms toolbar, which is why the option is not there.
You can make one, however, by using View->Toolbars->Customize
Click New to generate a new toolbar, then from the Commands tab, highlight
Insert, then drag the form elements onto the new toolbar.

Boy do I ever feel dumb! I had just completed a training course where a Forms
toolbar was used, and I assumed it was factory-installed. Thanks very much
for your help.
