Cannot see Page view submenu toolbar...

Front Page 2003 no longer provides the Page View submenu in the lower left
hand toolbar area. There is no toolbar at all and I only get the code view
whenever I open a page in any saved websites I have stored on my local PC.
Obviously, this makes it very difficult to make modifications and use the
full capabilities of Front Page. Have I missed an upgrade or patch? I was
offline for a couple of weeks and my Windows updates did not get processed.
What has happened? What can I do?

See if it helps.

Steve,
Your post seemed to have promise but it didn't actually work. I still don't
know what to do. I will apparently need to reconstruct the website by
defining a new working website on my PC or re-install the FrontPage software
from the original CD.
