Missing Folders

I was trying to access a program profile for my brother on his PC. He's not a
techie
person by any means, but this doesn't stop him from messing with things he
shouldn't, and there's 3 others, who may or may not be devious, use it too.
I was going to access a program on the C disk thru the folders(not the best
way I know, EZest for me) only to find that his Application Data folder is
missing . The profile I needed to access is in there,and I was unable to
find it in any of the folders there. The folders he has are himself , and 3
others he allows into his PC,along with allusers,Desktop, and Favorites, even
his Doc & Settings is missing!
He or one of those others deleted them or hid them is there a way to bring
them back?

Let them do it; they created the mess. Or reformat for them & start over.
That's not worth even thinking about in that kind of a situation.

It's a hidden folder. Is Show hidden files and folders tick marked
under Tools | Folder Options | View ?
