Missing Folders In Explorer

For some reason since last week when opening Windows
Explorer on a W2k server and click the folders button, no
folders appear. Instead we get a grey window pane on the
left but on the right we can see the contents of the
folder.
Any ideas what's wrong?

This is a known issue. This occurs with some conflict with
dll. You can lookup MS KB Articles for the solution.
