missing files warning and re-starting

Help,
My computer,,, running xp home keeps restarting for no reason, but on start
up i get error boxes stating " hgfeed.dll " missing or connot be found ( this
only happens sometimes ) and the odd time i have had "
system32\drivers\ntfs.sys " file missing... when it restarts its often ok but
it is running a lot slower than normal.
