This is not an XP driver. It is a driver from VIA technologies. If you are
receiving a message that the file is missing, your processor might be using
a VIA chipset. You might look into updating or installing the VIA 4 in 1
drivers and/or check the VIA site for information about that file:

That is the AGP bus driver for a VIA chipset...
