Installation problems (VIAAGP1.SYS NEEDED)

I have just re-installed windows and while it was installing devices it comes
up with a prompt during the 34th minute telling me that I need the file
VIAAGP1.SYS and the installation process freezes and not even my mouse or
keyboard will work so I can't specify the path or click on cancel. Please help
