Missing File NTLDR on XP?

Hello,
Iv had this problem for some time now. Every now and
again I reboot my PC and this comes up. I have to run
recovery every single time it happens.
My pc was bought with windows xp pre-installed, it was not
an upgrade. I was wondering if there is a patch or any way
of stopping this from happening?

If you do a Windows XP Repair Install it will fix it

Excellent post. You focused on the right items. Since this is an OEM
install, you should NOT be experiencing these disk corruptions as you
sometimes do on an upgrade. The only useful advice is to ask the vendor
what fix they have for this problem.

If they aren't helpful, I would suggest disabling write-caching on the
hard disk. XP may be shutting down too quickly for the disk to write
everything before XP cuts off the power.
