missing file message - gapi32.dll

Norton WinDoctor finds the following error:

missing file:
C:\winnt\system32\mapisrvr.exe cannot access a necessary
file, "gapi32.dll"

I searched and found the file gappi32.dll at:
Crogram Files\Common Files\System\mapi\1033
gapi32.dll

Can anyone explain what's the problem and how we fix it?
