Missing Explorer Menu bar (WES2009)

how can show the windows explorer menu bar? I made a runtime using the
explorer shell, and I'd like to make visible the extensions of the
files, but the menu bar is missing.

I look for the browselc and browseui components but they aren't listed
in the component tree (I think that these components are deprecated in
WES2009).

Try changing the Visibility level to 100, and you will see the components.

I have this Explorer menu bar problem.
In my system I have my own Shell application.
I execute inside the shell the explorer.exe.
The explorer windows shows up with:
1. On the caption screen: My Computer
2. !!!!! White bar with small windows logo on the middle (in the place of
menu bar).
3. The standard buttons toolbar.
4.Address Bar
5.The explorer tree/list panes.

The problem is (2.) the missing menu bar (File Edit View ....)

Please help and tell me what is misssing in my Image.
