Missing E mails

I have a main computer at my office and a laptop, checking my email
in Outlook 2007 in the laptop and trying to find it again on my desktop 2003
is
impossible. Why don't these messages show up on each computer as read?
Where do I find it on the desktop? Thank you.

What kind of email account? If you have a POP3 account and have NOT set
both computers to "Leave a copy of email on the server", what you're seeing
is expected. When one of the two machines accesses the POP server, it
downloads what's there and deleted it from the server making access to these
emails by your other computer impossible.
