My computer has suddenly stopped recognizing my two DVD-drives.
The device manager shows two yellow exclamation marks and when I try to
update the driver I get the message:
"Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)"
I have tried to uninstall the two DVD-drives and reboot the computer.
Windows XP professional recognizes the two drives correctly but the problem
remains.
The two DVD-drives are:
Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-106D
Samsung DVD-ROM SD-616
Up to now I have never had any problems with the drives.
Can someone help me?
