Missing dll files. (sccbase and slbcsp)

I have tried re-installing my printer/scanner but I am missing 2 dll files,
sccbase.dll and slbcsp.dll
I have tried running a batch file to manually reload the files but receive
this response: LoadLibrary("sccbase.dll")failed - the specific module could
not be found.
I downloaded the two files and 'dropped' them into my C:\WINDOWS\system32
folder thinking the computer would 'find' them but no help. Any suggestions
on helping my computer "see" the files. Thank you.

You'll need to do a *complete* uninstall of the drivers. By complete, I mean
that you need to locate any folders set up for the drivers and make sure
they are deleted (with contents) after the uninstaller runs. Also, check for
registry entries pertaining to your printer/scanner and delete them as well.
Reboot and then reinstall.
If that does not work, you'll need to seek assistance in a discussion group
for your version of Windows, or find a forum for your printer/scanner. This
is a .NET programming group.

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the category for your version of Windows, then find a group there to
post in.
