Missing DLL file...

I am trying to uninstall software using the Add/Remove
Programs utility. There is one program that requires the
file "C:\WINNT\system32\cd_clint.dll" for uninstall, but
the file is missing!

How can I recover the file without doing a re-install?

Since the file Cd_clint.dll is a third party file the only things I know to suggest would be to check the programs files to see if
you can copy or extract a copy of this DLL back to the System32 folder. If you cannot do this then you would either need to
re-install or repair, assuming the program has an option to do this, the program and then go back to Add/Remove
Programs to see if you can remove it.
