Rundll Error

When I go to Add/Remove Programs on the control panel and
try to delete one particular program I get the following
error message:

Rundll
Error Loading C:\Winnt\System32\CD_clint.dll
The specified module could not be found.

What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Have Windows 2000 Pro

It means the file CD_clint.dll was not where it was expected. If it is there then the function in the dll that was expected does not exist. If the dll is there then the software maker made a boo-boo.
