WJView error and RUNDLL bridge.dll

After reinstalling Win2k I have two error dialog boxes that are displayed
whenever I start up:

1. RUNDLL
Error loading C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll
The specified module could not be found

2. WJView Error
ERROR: Could not execute Main: The system cannot find the file specified

I haven't noticed and problems running apps lately, but I am getting lots of
pop-up ads (however this is probably not related.)

What might cause these errors and what should I do about them?
