Missing DAO.msi

Everytime I reboot or even boot my computer I keep getting this Windows
install window that pops-up & wants to install DAO.msi, but it can NOT find
the file to install. I have tryed everything I can to find the missing file.
I have searched the net & found some info, but can NOT find the links that
the furoms that I have checked mentioned. I need someone to send me the link
to where I can download the file that I need. PLEASE HELP!!!!
