Missing Background Colors in XP

JOHN NOVIKOFF

I have seen this in Internet Explorer and System Restore where all the nice
blue backgrounds are missing, the fonts are huge, and the text is not
arranged well. No sucess reinstalling IE6 per MS article where you edit the
registry. It's strange how I can't find this symptom using Google or MSN
search either. Any ideas?
