missing attachment for OE 6 users.

One of the OL 2000 user when sending mails with attachment ( doc ) to users
( OE 6 & OL2000 users), some OE 6 users could not see any attachment at all
whereas all OL2000 users has no problem receiving the attachment.

Can someone enlighten me the possible cause.

Could be the format of the email, OE could be blocking the attachment, could
be AV scanning email (at either end), could be the Outlook user is using Word
as their email editor and the versions don't match?
Does the email arrive with no attachment, is there a message stating the
attachment was blocked, is there any message at all?

Make sure you use plain text or HTML message format, not RTF.
