Missing Appearance and Themes

My Appearance and Themes icon is missing

from the Control Panel. Any ideas??

If you are using the Classic Control Panel, Appearance and Themes won't be
there.
Switch to Category View

Or...
Right click the Desktop | Properties |

Or choose:
Display
Folder Options
Taskbar and Start Menu
in the Classic Control Panel
